Update 12.27.2008: The new stats package is ready, and I’ll be updating the last few months worth of stats hopefully within the next week or so.
Update 12.06.2008 : The Park City area has switched to a new MLS provider, and we are still finalizing the statistics package that will go along with our new system. As soon as we have the new reports finalized, I’ll will go back and pull all the statistics to bring everyone up to date. Sorry for the inconvenience.
I’ve had several people request information regarding the sales statistics for the Park City area. So below you’ll find stats for the period stated. Each link provides information regarding Homes, Condos, Vacant Land, Commercial Property, Fractional Property, and a Totals Section. You’ll see the categories as you scroll through the list.
Here’s my advice though: All statistics need to be looked at with a grain of salt. Some of these don’t show the full picture, and others are a little skewed for one reason or another (i.e. a big sale, or a development that’s finally completing construction). That being said, if you have questions about any of these, don’t hesitate to drop me a line, and I’ll get you the details you need.
The following reports are set up to allow you to compare statistics from the same time period in the previous year. I’ve listed them most recent first.
