Hello,
We are looking for a large estate with acreage to host an outside wedding (our daughters) – spring 2009 or fall 2009. I’m well acquainted with most of the hotels in the area but would prefer a more private venue. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Good question… I’ve heard of a few places rented out before hand, but I’ll have to dig through my notes.
I know you mentioned you were familiar with the hotels, but The Canyons Resort has a unique location on the mountain at The Red Pine Lodge. That may be worth looking into, I’ll let you know what I find about private individuals willing to host such an event.
