But yes, Hideout Canyon is one of two golf communities that look across Jordanelle Reservoir toward the back of Deer Valley. I think Hideout and Promontory have some amazing values right now... you're going to find some great buys on new construction homes in Promontory. Hideout Canyon is kind of my Diamond in the rough. Lots of people skip over it, but I think it's perfect for people who don't need or want the full club membership that Promontory has.
